Vintage sizes
I've experienced it many times: I currently wear a solid M, try on a vintage blouse in size 44 – and it fits like a glove. What? Yes, vintage sizes often fit completely differently from today's sizes.
You can find out why on my blog page.
To avoid confusion, I do not take extra photos of the size labels in the garments – if they are present at all. What matters is the size I estimate. Of course, it also depends on whether you prefer to wear a blouse loose or more fitted.
For reference: The mannequin in my photos wears size S/M (women's) and can help you estimate the size. And when I myself am visible in a photo – as mentioned at the beginning – I am wearing an M.
For pants, skirts, and dresses, you will always find the exact measurements in addition to the estimated size.
And if you are still unsure or need further measurements: Just write to me. I am always happy to help.
