What does Zuerich Vintage do for the environment?

Recycling and reuse:
By exclusively offering vintage products, clothing and items are reused instead of being newly produced. This helps to reduce waste and conserve valuable resources.

Avoiding overproduction:
I do not produce new items and thus do not contribute to the overproduction that is unfortunately often standard in the fashion industry.

Sustainable packaging:
For shipping, I use clean second-hand boxes and envelopes, among other things. 

CO₂-offset shipping:
I ship all packages with Swiss Post «pro clima» – CO₂-offset domestically and internationally.

Energy efficiency:
Since I exclusively offer my products online, I do not need a physical store. This saves energy for lighting, heating, or cooling – and reduces my ecological footprint.

Local shopping and hand selection:
I buy my pieces locally and personally select each item by hand. This supports small, local retailers, keeps transport routes short, and ensures that every piece is unique.

Raising awareness:
With Zuerich Vintage, I want to show that sustainability, style, and individuality go wonderfully together – and that second-hand is a real alternative to fast fashion.
