Where is delivered to:
Currently deliveries are made to Switzerland and Liechtenstein as well as to Europe.
Shipping service provider:
All items are shipped with Swiss Post.
Shipping:
All items to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are sent inexpensively using B-Post or PostPac Economy.
Shipping abroad is done with PostPac International.
Costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
  • Package up to 2 kg: CHF 8.50
  • Package up to 10 kg: CHF 11.50
  • Package up to 30 kg: CHF 20.50

For fragile goods that need to be carefully packed, a surcharge of CHF 1 will be charged for the packaging material.
Very small goods can be sent in an envelope, which reduces shipping costs accordingly.
The total cost will be shown to you when you check out.
Free Shipping:
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 100 in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping to neighboring countries is free for orders over CHF 300.
Processing time:
After receiving payment, the package will usually be ready for shipment within 2-3 business days.
As soon as the goods have left the warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email.
Delivery time:
With B-Post or PostPac Economy, delivery of goods to Switzerland and Liechtenstein usually takes 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery to neighboring countries takes different times depending on the destination:
  • Zone 1 Europe: 2-12 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Zone 2 Europe: 3-12 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Zone 3 Europe: 3-12 working days (Monday to Friday)
Cantonal, national and international holidays may extend delivery times!
Packaging:
Clean second-hand envelopes and boxes are used for shipping.

A surcharge of CHF 1 for packaging materials is applied to fragile items that require careful packing.
